I had total responsibility for designing and implementing  an on-line Fixed asset Management System in CIBOL on a  Honeywell Computer . This system kept track of location  and utilization of various farm equipment located around  the Country . The system provided early warning to the  management foe any utilization above or below 20 of the  standard utilization. I prepared the complete  documentation for the system and provided training to the  users. Since the system was computerized for the first  time, training the users was the most important aspect of  the implementation.

I performed reviews of client computer centers as per  Generally Accepted Auditing Standard .This involved the  review of Computer installations as well as specific  application (e.g. A/R, A/P) reviews. Based upon the  reviews, I made recommendations to the Financial Audit  Manager to decide the scope of year-end audit.
